NOT AFFILIATED WITH GOVERNMENT: India Elections is an independent organization. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Election Commission of India (ECI), any State Election Commission, or any government ministry or department.
DATA SOURCES & ACCURACY: All candidate profile information, assets, liabilities, education details, and criminal record lists displayed on this Platform are transcribed or imported from official public source materials, primarily the candidate nomination affidavits and results publications made public by the ECI.
While we strive to ensure the transcription and database indexing are accurate, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the public data. Users are advised to cross-reference and verify critical records with the official government gazettes or ECI portals directly.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Platform in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms. You specifically agree not to:
- Use any automated scraper, spider, crawler, or script to harvest database data from the Site without explicit permission.
- Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Platform servers or databases.

You may quote, citation-link, or reference candidate and election stats for news reporting, educational, or research purposes, provided that appropriate credit and link attribution are given to indiaelections.org.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, India Elections, its volunteers, partners, or developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of:
